There are five rooms in Nolita guesthouse: Besana, Ca’ Granda, Guastalla, Martesana and Velasca.
The guests can share some common areas distribuited by a big corridor.
In the house there are two bathrooms each with shower, toilet and bidet, a service area with equipments like washer-dryer and a kitchenette for breakfasts and snacks.
The house is located at the 2nd floor, there is a little lift for just two persons or for one person and luggages!
To our guests: we kindly ask to respect some rules and to have care for the house and for the other guests.
::: Shared tools and equipment should always be returned to the common area to allow other guest to use them when they need.
::: Leave bathrooms as you would like to find them.
::: Keep clean kitchenette and breakfast area.
::: Put you used towels in the striped bag located in your room, before leaving.
::: Please place your luggage on the bench and not on the bed :-)
::: Pay attention to the recycling rules to put your waste in the right recycle bin!
